Tuesday, April 23: We discussed causes of the Civil War today. Students filled out most of W. 60 (except the bottom question). They then used data cards (available on the Documents page) to complete W. 62. Next, students participated in a carousel brainstorm in which we discussed the issues of warfare and the country prior to the Civil War. We then made the foldable for W. 66 for next class.
