Tuesday, December 19: Today students wrote a note to King George about the problems the colonists had with the acts of Parliament. We then had our first run at the Blow the Roof Off activity.

Monday, December 11: Today we finished watching Pocahontas. We then completed W. 43 to compare and contrast the movie to Blood on the River.
Due: None In Class: W. 43 Homework: None Wednesday, December 13: Today we learned about the French and Indian War, taking notes on W. 60 on how it began and the results of the war (PowerPoints found on Documents page - there are two). We then learned about the Acts of Parliament, taking notes on W. 61 (get notes from Ms. Nay or a peer if absent). Students completed W. 65. We completed W. 53-56. Some students began building their prototypes.
